Minister Bheki Cele briefed the media following the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Tourism Ministry in Pretoria.together along with Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi- Ngubane has announced a special comprehensive tourist safety plan this festive season.Part of the joint strategy will focus on crime hot spots at the coast and some inland provinces like Gauteng and Mpumalanga.
