A California appeals court has given the LeavingNeverland subjects the green light to sue two of Michael Jackson's companies

Without addressing the underlying truth of the sexual abuse allegations Wade Robson and James Safechuck have made against Michael Jackson a California appeals court has given theRobson and Safechuck, in 2013 and 2014 respectively, sued MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures arguing the companies are liable for the alleged abuse they experienced.

At the time, the state of California demanded that any childhood sexual assault claims brought against third parties had to be filed by the victim's 26th birthday, with few exceptions. L.A. County Superior Court judge Mitchell Beckloff dismissed their claims on the grounds that they didn't meet those requirements.

California has since changed it's law — and, effective Jan. 1, victims now have until their 40th birthday to take legal action. So, on Friday a California appeals court revived their claims. a statement in response to the decision: "Contrary to reports, the Court of Appeal did NOT revive the lawsuits by Mr. Robson and Mr. Safechuck against the Estate of Michael Jackson. Leaving Neverland Debunked -

But will McDonalds revive the McJackson sandwich? 35 year old meat between 12 year old buns. That's what inquiring minds really want to know.

'The Court of Appeal’s ruling merely revived lawsuits against Michael Jackson’s companies, which absurdly claim that Michael’s employees are somehow responsible for sexual abuse that never happened.' ContrivedChaos

Good luck Wade and James! 😘

It’s sick how many people are sticking up for the abuser. When women are sexually harassed (or worse) we’re told to believe them. Apparently, we don’t have to believe these men. Disgusting. 🤮

Sue for what? They can't even prove that the abuse ever took place. From the stories that they have told in LeavingNeverland, ppl were able to prove using legal documents & deposition videos that they r lying abt most of the stories that they told in the movie? Also James is 41.

Can’t wait! their lies will be exposed to the world

Surely a law should also be introduced that stops people from slandering the dead, epsecially when they were proven NOT-guilty in a court of law under the US judicial system while they were alive.

Good. They're going to get laughed out of court

The green light to utter bullshit!! These two are liars and fraudsters and don't deserve nothing, apart from being thrown in prison. Michael Jackson is innocent and always was innocent!!

Facts for the lazy : Wade robson old untalented arse desperately wanted a job in some MJ tribute shows, got ignored by the estate, went spiteful, wrote a fictional book nobody read, sued the estate, hired a pedo director, made up LN, then james saw the $ and joined in.

MJInnocent

They lied so? 😂

Michael Jackson was a serial child molester. Howard Weitzman knows it. There's a special place in hell waiting for greedy Howard Weitzman 🔥🤑🔥

Their lies will be exposed in a trial.

I hope the media will start reporting accurately... maybe even do their own research as opposed to copy & paste.. Ya know, journalism. Maybe?

only someone with a lower IQ than a gold fish could believe these 2 lol

I was hoping these time travelers would get a job this 2020 instead of harassing dead people but oh well I guess
