You can't have your cake and eat it too. These companies already received a benefit of having the luxury of paying the one time tax bill over EIGHT YEARS with most of it backloaded towards the end of the end of that period. Go cry in your golden handkerchief.

In NZ if you are made bankrupt, the Official assignee attaches their bank account to your income tax file, so any refunds the bankrupt is entitled to, now go to the O.A Bankruptcy in NZ is a huge scam. Most of the money the OA collects doesn't actually go to creditors.
