Suspected robber shot dead after chase with police in Pretoria via SABCNewsOnline

Police are investigating attempted murder, attempted robbery and other charges. The other suspects managed to flee the scene.“The police noticed the vehicle which was involved in the robbery. When they started seeing the police they started shooting and drove off.

One of the suspects hijacked another vehicle and the police followed the vehicle up to R101 where a shootout occurred. The suspect was shot at and he died on the scene, the second suspect was arrested at the scene. Both of the suspects were found in possession of an unlicensed fire arm.”
