Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has commiserated with the victims of the Lagos State pipeline explosion., Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State, on Sunday killed 17 persons and injured 25.
He also sympathized with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, of Lagos State and families of victims of the explosion.
