And we know he loves EOs. '...I hereby order...'

...later. 'Come on guys, I told you to make some medical stuff!'

No official order means nothing is done. This idiot doesn't know how it works. The federal gov is not ivanka & Jr. Manufacturers won't change their production lines like people are sewing masks. They want to get paid. realDonaldTrump incompetence is turning criminal now

How about some instructions?

President Literally Hitler is doing a terrible job of tyranting.

Because auto companies have been so successful in making cars, why not have them make life saving devices 🙄. medicalsupplies WorstPresidentEver nothanks covidiot

I’m almost certain these companies have been in contact with state governors already, Trump heard about it and is trying to take credit.

Aren’t the auto manufacturers on hiatus due to the TrumpVirus ?

Can someone explain to me why he just doesnt say,'make the equipment.' There has to be some reason that he just won't tell them to do it.

45’s delay to issue this order is a matter of life and death for many!

Very little metal these days. Lots of computer

Do these companies not know what good PR is

Yes, trump is just a 'suggestion', which is of no use at all.🤮🤮🤮

Why do you profess that he has the authority to order the companies? Is that within his powers?

😣 I believe it’s important to be prepared for eventualities. Particularly in the wake of so many deaths. RIP coronavirus victims. 😢 coronavirusvictims COVIDー19 coronavirus letsbeprepared

Did they need the go ahead? No.

I hope some day this guy knows what it’s like to not be able to breathe

Tell United Airlines that they can have their bail out after they put their people to work making masks

did he? i think not, that would mean price controls, and dipshit donny doesn’t want to limit his buddies making money.

They all want to make money on life saving equipment for Americans. This's a sad time n this country under Trump, ceos, politicians greed. Americans deserve better in this time of life n death crisis.

Is this the one term trump?

donthecon dumptrump

Trump is a BAD PRESIDENT. COVIDIOT

he is an imbecile

Fair and balanced news :)

Be prepared for a wave of ventilator associate disease lung injury when Douchebags start cranking the PIP to 80 and the iTimes to 0.1.

They aren’t committing to do it. They are “talking to” other companies about doing it. “Lending their expertise.” All talk; Still no action.

Once again he talks quite a bit, but does little to nothing unless it enriches himself or those within his circle.

We’re they somehow not allowed to make ventilators before?

TrumpLiesPeopleDie

Imagine reporting what actually is happening. Auto manufacturers step up to make ventilators to help during coronavirus pandemic. With their voluntary action the President in a continuation of partnering with industry wins for Americans.

Make me!

He is biding time so that his family can corner the market on the supplies.
