And while industry pros that massive upticks in telehealth use now will continue after coronavirus outbreaks subside, we're less sure that US patients will continue passing up in-person care for mental health.
However, we think the number of people willing to give telehealth a try — and the volume of patients translating interest into actual use — has grown exponentially for the majority of use cases, as the pandemic is forcing patients to seek care virtually.
