Stoxx Europe 600 up 1.5% in early trade, tracking Wall Street's rally

European stocks opened higher Thursday after a strong rally on Wall Street as policymakers globally discuss how to re-open their economies. The German DAX DAX, +1.65% and the U.K. FTSE 100 UKX, +1.55% each rose 1.

4% in opening trade, while futures on the Dow industrials YM00, +0.53% rose 233 points.
