New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says 'the worst is over' — but warns coronavirus infections could spike again if we are 'reckless'

profgalloway Then open the state back up, Governor. Not for the President, but because it's the right thing to do. We closed to save the hospitals from being overrun. We're passed that now. Time to start moving back to normal.
