The story behind gaming giant FaZe Clan's new mansion in LA, which costs $80,000 per month and was once rented by Justin Bieber

FaZe Clan moved to Burbank, California in early 2020 after spending two years in a Hollywood mansion.FaZe Clan, one of the world's most popular gaming organizations, is renting a multi-million-dollar mansion in Burbank, California for its biggest creators.Members living at the house include: Richard "Banks" Bengtson , Nordan "Rain" Shat , Alexander "Adapt" Prynkiewicz , Fraizer Kay , and Jarvis Kay .

The group uses the home to film vlogs, video game highlights, pranks, and music videos — content that brings in millions of views on YouTube and makes FaZe one of the most influential companies in the professional gaming business. FaZe's early YouTube success helped the founding members rent their first shared home for content creation in 2014. FaZe spent three years based in a 5-bedroom, 3,248-square-foot house in Plainview, New York. The team constantly shared vlogs documenting its life and antics in the Long Island suburb, and gradually built a following that was just as interested in the FaZe lifestyle as they were in "Call of Duty" highlights.

FaZe talent manager Vera Salamone said the group holds an in-person morning meeting each day where FaZe members share their schedules, content creation plans, and notes on ongoing projects. The team has two full-time managers who help keep the FaZe members on task, and individual members are also allowed to have their own managers and agents.
