Congressional Leaders, White House Strike Deal on Small-Business Aid

The top Democrats and Republicans on Capitol Hill said Tuesday they reached a deal with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin to add $310 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program, a small-business loan program that ran out of funding last week after being deluged.

Whenever we are able, we should buy from businesses that already manufacture goods in the US; I'm not always able to b/c they are a bit more expensive, but I do when I can.

Insisting that a national testing scheme is necessary to open the country again the Dems bought more time- for more economic peril to be put at Trump's feet, more government funds to states and pet causes, and more importantly, more reason for 'vote by mail'.
