The decision we made in early March to quickly shift to a remote workforce feels like a long time ago now. And truthfully, going remote now feels like a small decision given what's happening across the world. It wasn't a hard decision — our employees' safety and well-being is our number one priority — but it took quick decision-making and solid cross-company communication to have our employees go remote almost overnight.

With every challenge and question, we use these principles to make sure we are doing the best for our company, our employees, and each other.
