Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index rose 2% in morning trade on Monday, while Japan’s Nikkei 225 added 1.4%. Australia’s benchmark S&P/ASX 200 gained 1.1%, while the Shanghai Composite and South Korea’s Kospi Composite both inched up, rising around 0.
