The conglomerate on Wednesday morning said that its wholly-owned subsidiary Keppel Offshore & Marine was successful in its motion to dismiss a cause of action brought pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act in the US.from frustrated broadband users on Wednesday, despite the company saying that fibre services have been fully restored. Keppel Corp shares closed at S$6.06 on Tuesday, down S$0.01 or 0.2 per cent.
