The business rescue practitioners have allegedly charged exorbitant fees and made questionable commercial decisions, unions say

Majority trade unions at SAA say they have lost faith in the business rescue practitioners, who have allegedly charged exorbitant fees and have made highly questionable commercial decisions, which have worsened SAA’s financial position.

Like public enterprises minister Pravin Gordhan, the unions also oppose a wind-down of the company and want to see a business plan for a new or restructured airline. Les Matuson and Siviwe Dongwana, the company’s business Rescue practitioners, have not yet responded to a request for comment.

What about having SAA audited first? 🤣🤣🤣

Why audit an obvious thing. They did not deliver on their contract. They just need to repay they money to get people who can do the job properly.

Business rescue never works, how many companies are actually successful coming out on the other side? Business rescue practioners just find ways of looting and stealing what's left.

BPR are useless followers who there to loot also 🤔

They were silent when it was being looted.
