POWER PLAYERS OF CONSULTING: Meet the 38 consultancy stars disrupting the $130 billion industry and solving problems for clients in crisis

Maceda joined Bain as a consultant in 1988. Throughout his 32-year tenure at the firm, he's had roles as chairman of the Asia-Pacific region, global leader of Bain's potential transformation group, member of the firm's board of directors, and now worldwide managing partner,"Our culture has long been a strength for us," he said. "Our clients praise our ability to work with them as one team with the highest levels of mutual trust and shared ambitions.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Maceda is overseeing global teams that are advising companies developing reopening plans.
