are forcing companies to make sure repositories are compliant. And the data-wrangling efforts might not even be in anticipation of or a reaction to either.

To help convince departments to open up more of their information, the company created a cross-functional team of roughly 25 individuals that is figuring out how data is already being used across the company — and where areas of collaboration might enhance those efforts. And while the coronavirus forced most of the Alkermes staff to work remotely, Harvey said the pandemic has not affected the timeline for the unified data platform.
