24 Hour Fitness is permanently closing over 130 of its gyms across the US – here's the full list

Many of the gyms that will close are located in California and Texas.

A spokesperson for the company declined to comment on how many jobs will be impacted by these closures. In a statement on Monday announcing its bankruptcy, the company said that the majority of its remaining locations, which number around 300 total, will be open by the end of the month.

They closed the one in DTLA and not the one on Wilshire, in my area. Interesting. Welp, now I know to avoid that block, as walking down it would be like being hit by a continuous drive-by shooting of sweat particles...
