The simple, but meaningful, interview question this anti-racist company asks job applicants. (via CNBCMakeIt)

As Lauren Ruffin, Fractured Atlas's chief external relations officer, puts it, anti-racism is "not just a policy. It's a set of principles we measure every aspect of our work against."

A candidate who gives a vague answer or a response filled with "alphabet soup" probably hasn't done their research on the company or doesn't have a grasp of diversity as a concept, Ruffin says. say, 'I signed up to work for an innovative arts organization, and now they're requiring mandatory meetings to talk about racism and White fragility.'"

MakeIt Whom ever wrote this article, needs to learn to gobto the point a lot quicker.

MakeIt So the company assumes all candidates are racist since they’re “anti-racist”?

MakeIt Litmus test questions are not the way.

MakeIt Sounds like a trash company.

MakeIt The term anti-racist is bullshit. May as well be promoting BLM. Bullshit.

MakeIt What the heck is anti-racist? Seen that term lately? Is anyone pro-racist? SMH 🤦🏼‍♂️

MakeIt you let 1 - 5 people in 10 - 12 partial 250 you do biz with the other 7.7 billion annoying

MakeIt Saved you a click. The answer is 'having as many people who check off minority boxes as possible.'

MakeIt Translation: Know their liberal psycho babble crap if you want to work there. Personally it would drive me nuts so hard PASS

MakeIt This is how religious discrimination begins in the workplace. I wonder if an answer around conservative views based on traditional religious morals would get someone hired ? Yeah, pretty sure that’s where it ends for the “black queer” HR person.

MakeIt

MakeIt When you are unable to come up with anything intelligent to add and this is all you are left with- looks like this is all you got

MakeIt This is the dumbest thing I have read in a long time. What in the world is anti racist? It sounds like something a racist liberal made up to mask their true feelings. Virtue signaling gone wild.

MakeIt 'How do you define diversity?' My answer: A group of people, hired for a job, that are the most qualified applicants for that job.

MakeIt Question:”w/out using the word ‘different’,how do u define ‘diversity’?”.Reply:I define it as dog whistle bullshit for ‘tokenism’.When I hear corporate recruiters use that word,I know they’re just pretending 2b inclusive 4 anyone dumb enough 2 believe them.

MakeIt So some companies are known as racist companies?
