Truth is, we have an excess of space and fewer humans to occupy that space. It’s going to get to a point where office space converts to living space. We’re about 15 years out on that trend.

leadership ought to look & behave like your stakeholders

Diversity decisions based on gender or ethnicity is shallow, counterproductive and stupid.

stop just hiring your friends & friends of friends.......

Diversity experts? Where does that degree come from?

hiring someone because of his race or ethnicity, rather than because of his actual abilities and character, is indeed racist. you are creating segregation and just because you are doing it on the name of 'diversity' does not make it ethically right

Pasose spremite.

Fire generation narcissist!

Stop talking & start acting Corporate America. Washy washy talks from people who have no idea what diversity is and the struggles of black people, brown people & other minorities groups in America is cheap. Hire the minority students fresh out of college to bring real change.

alternatively we could just call diversity gay and forget about it

Understanding the American experience from a different perspective can be enlightening. I have a suggestion.

Whatever happened to equality of opportunity and the best candidate winning the job. There’s a strong equality of outcome message being pushed now

Step number one is to get rid of 'diversity experts'.

What a garbage rag.

Creates nothing but resentment and tension between people. End this insanity.

'Diversity experts' lmao do i need a degree or can i just slap a nametag on that says diversity expert

the best course of action is to fire the diversity experts.

”diversity experts” 😂

Step 1: Vote 3rd Party End of steps

AffirmativeAction

Diversity hiring is racism in practice.

Pizz off. Seriously, pizz the f off.

Start actively recruiting qualified POC (black) if you’re sincere about it. No half measures.
