This is BS. They KNEW how bad it was, I KNEW all you had to do was see what was going on overseas. I saw plenty. I called the CDC, BCCDC, and wrote the WH in FEB! The WHO failed to call it a pandemic early enough. Go watch the older conferences they are on twitter.
