HiMyNamesCaolan

Don’t put your money in large cities, especially this hell hole.

simplybenlogica nailogical Next topic of your podcast perhaps? Or the woahs, head aches and triumphs of how you got your new home?

How is this legal 🤦‍♀️

And what is the house and property actually assessed at?

Nyc can definitely relate!!

For a million dollars you get a garage sized house , the lovely Toronto summer stench, 24/7 traffic noise and insane property taxes! No thank you! This is a big part of why I left Toronto cuz you don't get your money's worth AT ALL.

The dirty $ flowing into Ontario will gobble that up by tomorrow

Needs a bathroom gutting and new appliances, but its not terrible

Don’t worry bankruptcies are coming.

And this is why we chose to leave Toronto.

isnt the entire fucking point of tiny houses to be affordable?

“kids these days are so spoiled and have everything handed to them”

It’s actually the land that the shed is sitting on ..

my house is bigger than that and it's below 1 million 🥴

This is stupid.. who can afford a house? Only those with laundered foreign money!

Sounds like Calif or new York.

no Condo fees - elevators ... compared to a 500 sq ft 1 bedroom condo for 800K this is a deal

This scary

Trudeau can't wait to take homes away from middle class people and redistribute them to poor renters... HE IS COMING FOR YOUR HOME.

Toronto is trash

But it's in Toronto so.......no thanks. You can keep all the guns, drugs, shooting, poverty, and all the diversity and inclusiveness that causes it to yourselves.
