Great!!! First fire 1000s of employees & when u get into negative image, start proving women to be weaker sex & in need of compensation. No use of having such massive valuations & investments if u don't know how to sustain business. Bc fire employees when they need u the most 🙄

Our companies listening? 😂 yuhoo 🤞🏼trishblackberry

This is weird. Why not just provide ten sick days per year to all employees? The reason why someone needs the day off is nobody’s business but their own. To have to tell your coworkers/boss you have your period is degrading. But I’m a prudish American, so what do I know? 🤷‍♀️

Vocês fizeram uma matéria e a mulher da foto é idêntica a mim e eu não a conheço

I honestly feel that’s fair. I mean I’m a guy so I don’t really have any personal experience, but it’s something women can’t control and could be considered a medical emergency imo

Lol, love the cis men commenting on this acting like they know anything. Needing to voice their ignorant opinions no matter, so surprising

Disgusting discrimination if you ask me .... Why should they be allowed more time off than men?

I'm hoping this should read 'periodic leave' but I suspect not.

Errrrrrgh.

Most of us, apart those with genuine gynecological conditions, manage without 'period leave'. Remember when 80% girls in high school were permanently on a period during sports class. Women need sanitary products not out of society for days

Yes good step. Ignoring nature is not wise. Well done.

lmao or they get a slap in the kisser

Good grief!

Is this progressive? I don't even know any more

So if they get pregnant...no time off?

I hope this is to ALL women, not just those with cervixes. Otherwise this is extremely transphobic and I will be calling for a boycott of Zomato.
