Sky News host Peter Gleeson says BHP and Origin Energy are just like all the other woke companies which are “bending the knee in the name of keeping faith with the woke disciples”.

It comes after BHP and Origin Energy withdrew support from the Queensland Resources Council because the campaign “targeted a political party”, according to Mr Gleeson.

“I don’t get it, what rubbish, this is about weakness and it’s about appeasing their British based shareholders and board,” he said. “They just need to man up, do they want the Greens holding the balance of power in Queensland, stopping mining jobs, or do they want them sent into political oblivion.”
