Nearly 56% of Oregon voters supported ballot Measure 109, according to Decision Desk HQ.

The measure allows for the growth, administration, and sale of psilocybin mushrooms in licensed facilities by requiring the Oregon Health Authority to amend state law to create the Oregon Psilocybin Services Program.Additionally, the measure includes a two-year developmental period before the implementation of the newly-created program. Currently, federal and state laws prohibit the manufacture, delivery, and possession of psilocybin .
