Jigsaw puzzles have become such a favorite pandemic pastime, retailers are having a hard time keeping them in stock 'There's not a factory on the planet that is not months behind on production.' says Brian Way, co-owner of Puzzle Warehouse.

Puzzle Huddle has seen more than one surge in demand recently. With schools and daycare centers closed because of the pandemic, parents were trying to keep their kids occupied and puzzles were a go-to product.

After the killing of George Floyd, Puzzle Huddle got another wave of orders from customers who wanted to support Black-owned businesses. For a while, Goins says his inventory of best-sellers was"down to zero." Puzzle Huddle designs and licenses artwork in the U.S. and the puzzles are manufactured in China. Goins says they started seeing delays back in January before the pandemic hit the U.S. But he says production is gradually coming back."None of our factories returned at full capacity, ready to crank out whatever products we needed on the drop of a dime. They all kind of return very slowly and methodically and with careful production rates," he says. The kind of cardboard you have matters.

My advice: Get a 3000 piece puzzle. I’ve been working on mine the whole COVID period, and still barely over 50% complete!

check the goodwill, so what if it is missing a couple of pieces. Use your imagination 😆

Mark Meadows is sealed in American History by telling the Nation that Trump’s administration will do nothing to slow down the spread of Coronavirus. We are at 243,768 US Deaths, future historians will look back at this key point in time and ask what compelled them to do nothing.

Can confirm. I am part of the problem 🙈

What pandemic? The virus is over. Death rates, please.

YUP. I’m doing my part.

I work in the toy department of a Hobby Lobby and I can personally confirm that this is happening. It's gotten a lot better, but my puzzles haven't even been close to fully stocked since March.

Great news, I think. Quiet, contemplative, all aged, good brain activity, replaces SnapChat & tik tik, do it alone, do it together, just a great way to pass some time.

No doubt, them things are the saddest use of time...

Brains rewiring, communities forming within family units. This is good.
