You won't hear me say this everyday, but This is why men in a place like Silicon Valley can go from a nobody with no work experience and no pedigree to a billionaire in a few years' time.
Being the exception feels good. I know, I used to be it. But trust me when I say, helping other women and changing the system feels better.
