A suspect in the robbery-slay of a company messenger in Valenzuela City was collared by the police in Barangay Lourdes, Minalin, Pampanga on Tuesday afternoon.

Police identified the arrested suspect as Jo-Anne Quijano Cabatuan, 31, resident of Ulingan West Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City. She is among the six suspects who are allegedly involved in the killing of 30-year-old Niño Luegi Hernando on October 9.The police traced down the suspect’s whereabouts after weeks through a series of intelligence and surveillance operations.

She is the third suspect to be arrested. The two previously arrested suspects are identified as Edgar Batchar and Corporal Michael Castro. Hernando was gunned down while he was riding his motorcycle along Maysan Road. The suspects carted away P433,000 cash that was withdrawn by the victim and his motorcycle.
