THE world’s largest home is up for sale for $340 million, a colossal price tag making it the most expensive home listed for sale in American history.
Fillm producer Nile Niami owns the five acres of land on which the mansion is set, and enlisted the pair to create the contemporary castle. The vision was to create a house that was light, bright and low fuss. Interior pictures show floor to ceiling windows, making use of the stunning setting by providing 360 degree views. The lucky inhabitants will have views stretching all the way out to the Pacific Ocean in the west and the San Gabriel Mountains in the east.
