Tim Cook will have to sit for a 7-hour deposition, the latest development in the heated lawsuit between Apple and 'Fortnite' maker Epic

Hixon said the subpoena was"a quirky deep dive." Apple remains under regulatory scrutiny for its App Store policies as lawmakers question whether they are anticompetitive and violate antitrust laws.
