Why would you expect non-executives to earn the same as executives

Thanks , but that info is utterly useless without any information on if and how the data has been adjusted for the various known factors influencing salary.

I think the Guardian needs to start naming companies, names and earnings.

I've only somehow they weren't tied in chains and could start their own companies and pay themselves what they want.....Oh wait.

Pay needs to not be a secret, abstract number that is decided by corrupt sexists/racists.

All salary/comp info needs to be made public since the only ones who seem to be benefitting are white men!

0.0001% of women compared with 0.0001% of men. Go and find some real news. FFS.

2/3 less? They earn a third of what men make?

Fakenews Clickbait No one believes in the pay gap. Its a Feminist Activist thing for trying to remain relevant. Fiddle the stats and compare different jobs, roles and effort. Otherwise employers would just employ women ~ They'd be cheaper! Highlighting is gender choice-gap.

Yeah, I know that you guys don’t do numbers, but you’ve got this one wrong often enough that you should know better by now. You are ignoring the propensity for senior women to be more likely to choose to leave the industry early for a better work-life balance.
