Rideshare vehicle provider EVmo Inc., formerly known as YayYo Inc.

said Wednesday that through its subsidiary Rideshare Car Rentals LLC it is taking part in a fleet acquisition of Tesla Inc. vehicles. The move was part of EVmo's new commitment to go all electric by the end of 2021. Shares of Tesla surged 3.8% in premarket trading, after soaring 19.6% on Tuesday to snap a five-day losing streak in which they shed 21.6%. EVmo shares were still inactive ahead of the open, while futures ES00, +0.59% for the S&P 500 SPX, +0.59% rose 0.5%."The future of mobility is electric.
