More than a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, Bangladesh’s garment sector is dealing with the catastrophic fallout of cancellations and delays by overseas retailers, including Australia - via DatelineSBS.

According to the manufacturers association in Bangladesh, the BGMEA, a long list of Australian brands were reported to them for cancelling or delaying orders as of April 2020.
