Under the National Security Council’s standard operating procedures, food outlets in MCO areas are only allowed to fulfil takeaway and drive-through orders. Ismail during his security briefing today said that the SOPs for the MCO districts would be similar to what is happening in other states with no changes.

Any area under an MCO is not allowed to have people gathering in public for long periods of time, hence the no dine-in rule.

No dine in but bazaars can open . What shits!

Now what KL under MCO or conditional MCO

Jom lepak at bazaar then.

How to change human behavior like that? We preach so much abt new normal but treat a pandemic as though its an immigration issue. Everyone will just be so eager to go back to the good old ways once the mco is over. Back to SQUARE ONE.
