Basecamp CEO Jason Fried admits that policy changes that led to an employee exodus 'blew things up' for the company

After a mass exodus of employees, Basecamp's CEO wrote that his policy changes"blew things up."In his new note, Fried did not address whether the company would roll back its new policies.Basecamp's cofounder and CEO is acknowledging the disruption resulting from his company's controversial workplace changes, but he hasn't indicated that he's rolling them back.last week following Fried's announcement of sweeping changes to the company's workplace policies.
