Piepszak has been with JPMorgan Chase for more than 25 years, most recently as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Marianne Lake in the role in 2019. She has spent seven years in the company’s Consumer & Community Banking division that she will now co-lead.

Piepzak is the head of the crisis management and business resiliency teams at the company, and has been a key leader during the pandemic. These teams are leading the charge to eventually return more than 250,000 employees to the office. Piepszak holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and is on the United Way of New York City’s board of directors. She appeared on
