Nobody can state it better ,the most definitely, employers are the foundation of any company, employers work everyday whereas shareholders hold atmost 6 meeting annually

Thought it was common sense!!

That is no surprise. A known fact for many, many years. A company could not operate without employees but it sure can operate w/out CEOs. I somehow see a simpler structural hierarchy would be better.
