Enthusiastic entertainers, Mark Iola and Sarah Clark have hosted more than 200 guests at their Aspen, Colo., home in a single winter. Now the lawyer couple is putting their home on the market for $37 million.

Measuring 12,000 square feet, the seven-bedroom house was built with guests in mind. On a lower floor are four bedroom suites, two of which have doors that can be closed to create private apartments. A fifth bedroom comes with built-in bunk beds. “We both come from big families,” said Mr. Iola, who has represented plaintiffs in asbestos lawsuits. “We like to have a lot of people around.”

Made out of steel, concrete and glass, the house has vast entertaining spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and direct views of Independence Pass and Aspen Mountain. There are five fireplaces, a bowling alley, theater, game room and wine room. Two outdoor stairways are each flanked by their own reflecting pool.

Adjacent to the house is a separate space that can function as caretaker’s quarters or an office, with a sitting area, full bathroom and kitchen.
