Industry groups protest ‘one-size-fits-all’ EMCO in Selangor, KL

THE enhanced movement control order for the urban and industrialised areas in Selangor and parts of Kuala Lumpur is a one-size-fits-all approach that will have a deleterious effect on businesses, said industry groups.

The EMCO is enforced concurrently with a full lockdown order, which has been in place for a month across the nation and failed to have any effect on the high number of daily Covid-19 cases.– July 4, 2021.
