CharEKing Great job CharEKing

Sounds like they are asking to be sued

These poor woman aren't harassed by men, they're harassed by wimps. Men call out wimps on this disgraceful behavior so women can feel safe. More men need to call out these wimps to change the culture. Employers & managers also need to be stricter, it is against the law after all.

'The problem' is in the minds of the men, so problem should be addressed there. Women can dress how they want (unless directly related to the job, safety). Have we not evolved? Let me guess, the senior managers here were men?

Women will be women and for all that’s good in the world and kind on the eyes. They should dress how they want to. Us guys better watch out get with the program.

FIFO? Sounds like a 'road trip' in reverse. The casual acquaintances come to you. Party!

Companies have a dress code, follow it

EnoughIsEnough control yourselves men!

men should control their libido instead

How about if you don’t want to be dismissed for sexual harassment, don’t sexually harass people!! Not a very hard concept 😊 If you don’t have that kind of self control, go to therapy. I promise that you’re the problem. Not the clothes of the person you’re sexually harassing.

No-one asks for it. No-one asks to be harassed or assaulted. The blame lies entirely with the harassers and assaulters and their enablers.

Sounds like Islam needs to spread over the tradies.

the men need to have better education behind them

Less provocatively? So what are our gals working in? Tight shorts and loose tops? There's a PPE protocol to follow for everyone in heavy industry which are of a conventional attire (no great deal). Surely that's not considered provocative? Old school 'overalls' maybe? No

It was good the 2 men were sacked for sexual harrassment, but you would rather it didn't happen at all. But what's the answer? Every company would prefer not to hire men like this. I get we have to keep trying to weed these grubs out but I have no idea how.

Let me guess, the company management and workforce is predominately made up of people of Middle Eastern origin. If not most, people in key areas.
