How are we to tell them apart?!?

relevant tbh

screwing people out of insulin just too big a job, eh?

So one Johnson gets the retail products and the other Johnson gets the prescription drugs and medical devices?

I guess either way, you'll get a Johnson.

😁 JNJCares TheRock jimcramer

Hmmm, so will you take Johnson or Johnson after the stock split?

Penis & Penis

Yea - social distancing of profit and non profit making entities.........

Katie porter for president 2024!!! Imagine her bringing truth to power

Serious question. If you own J&J stock what occurs here?

This only makes sense if they have lawsuits on the way

Is this because if they get sued for shitty vaccines then they won't loose the whole buisness? Split in 2 to get to keep 1.. I see the play here

Are they just Johnson now

What will that do to those of us who own stock in J&J?

karenfadus1 So they’re splitting into... Johnson And Johnson?

It’s weird how prescription drugs are considered retail.

How very Meta of them.

Like left Twix and right Twix ?

So wich johnson is Dave Chapelle gonna sue in the future for the bad batch he got?

All because of the baby powder issue.

Les types stylés en droit des sociétés se font des couilles en or, bien sûr dans le respect du bien commun 🤭

To get out of liability due to their negligence.

Nice, two Johnson’s are better than one 😆

So it’ll be Johnson and the other Johnson lol

Now if we can just get Simon & Simon to split up…

Yeah, they lost a bunch of lawsuits for knowingly selling baby powder with asbestos in it, and now they’re trying to offload those lawsuits onto a dummy corporation to file bankruptcy to avoid paying what they legally owe to their victims, like soulless corporate monsters!

One’s called Johnson and the other Johnson

'Give me the vaccine Lebowski or we cut off your Johnson'

More like they're getting rid of the retail part.

One half will be called Johnson and the other Johnson I’m guessing 👀

Called 'Johnson' and 'Johnson' respectively.

The companies shall be called 'Johnson' and also 'Johnson'

So Johnson & Johnson?

so only 1 half gets sued at a time huh

How are we going to know which Johnson is which?!

I wonder which part will get to keep the &
