Is this a Canadian owned group? Why invest if the money is leaving this country?

Why is the govt funding charging stations? They didn’t fund gas stations. There are billions in profits coming for the EV industry. Politicians are always happy to exchange millions in public funds for thousands in campaign contributions.

I’m surprised the Malls and plazas haven’t jumped on this opportunity …Along with Starbucks , Tim’s where people like to gather !

Good. Go electric

Why is there hysteria around charging in 2021? Ask an owner of a real EV or an exec in the utility industry. Over 90% of charging happens at home, usually in off peak hrs. 😎👏🏼🥳

Use rainbows obviously. Typical of the Trudeau govt. Cart before the horse. No planning or accountability.

Build it and they will vroom.

Tesla used government subsidies to get going so while they built their own network, it was seeded by government. Electric cars are planned to be available for all, not just the rich. Regardless of who pays, deployment has to be coordinated with hydro capacity leadership

Funny how elonmusk and Tesla just built their own. No whining, they got it done.

1/2 The 'free market will' decide. Most people will charge at home on a 'dryer outlet'. Condo's & apartments will retrofit and if not local level two or DC fast-charging will be dotted around town as required. Calgary already has chargers in public parking downtown and at malls.

The ones currently installed where I live are only ever used in the summer. Not much use in the winter. Small town vs. Urban is going to be huge for implementation

Let’s not forget to upgrade our hydro generation system or we won’t have the power to charge 60 million vehicles.

Last I looked, we were a capitalistic country. Private enterprise should build and own these stations, not the government.

Why does it have to be the country? Why do we need to support the auto sector so much. They make millions every year. Build your own networks to sell your own product..

If they want Canadians to buy theirs cars, they can build what they need/want. Why should my taxes pay for things the millionaires want.

That is why elonmusk and Tesla did it themselves. Maybe it is their job… 🤔it is part of the value proposition, maybe AlexOsterwalder can help you figure it out…

Why should they invest when it's all going to change in 5 years. Ask Volkswagen.

inquiry: && from where will the electricity to feed these stations come from?🤔
