Any BS in your paper this week?

killianwoods '100's of Homes at O'Devaney Gardens can now be sold to funds' 🤬🤬 vultures

Serious question, are papers like this defending the government right back into another recession but continually saying 'look, it's not that bad'

Is that all?

A lot of private houses stalled aswell.

Funny how it is only the public projects that can become unviable ?

No lack of zoned land, only a lack of use it or lose it tools to ensure that zoned land is developed

newschambers But after those 2 years, the consumer will be acclimatised to the new extortionate prices. Providers' expense will quickly go down, but the consumer will never know 🤓 ripoffireland FFG

Been quite some time since farming made the front page of the Sunday Business Post

MadsMcKeever A few weeks back three stories you thought you'd never read :-)

Every hone owner should plant spuds front and back. If they want to eat with ease next year.

My father always talked about Compulsory tillage during WW2!! It's hard to believe that history seems to be repeated it's self!!

cooper_m “ it’s aggression” Surely, you mean it’s declaration of war on a democratic people wordsmatter

Headline is a bit of an understatement to say the least, either written by a red or a dork

Aggression? It's an all out war!!!

'Chief Economist' iiea 'Senior fellow' ucddublin danobrien20 in biased media rte TonightVMTV etc to lie for current unelected FFGG government & criticise SF, the Opposition. He stated cost of living will decrease later in year, 'Economist' 😂 Bullshitter

Sad to say it, but the disfunction in the HSE isn't exactly news. Insane budgeting practices, lunatic working practices, and on and on and on. Another symptom of the Irish political system's preference for public servants over public services.

cooper_m Our health services are broken, our housing broken, bank allowed to hunt and destroying small investors who bought bye to let. TD are big landlord, to many private business interests. People can't get Cancer service. So what are we going to do besides printing what we know

Why did we need an 'exclusive' leak to find how dysfunctional the HSE is? We already knew this.

F Far

Great to see BeechinorFallan and NiamhParker4 on the front cover of the BP.. Irelands next unicorn!!! Bravo.

marionmckeone There needs to be a government savings or something started or a pension incentive put in place or the lid will blow

These green policymakers will lead to a sharp economic downturn if they are let away with it. EC has called gas and nuclear green energy and we need more investment in it.

It’s gas that’s keeping the lights on at present considering the lack of wind producing renewable power. We will need gas for some considerable time & a safe source than at the end of a pipeline from Russia.

LorcanAllen Fascinating story about the London & Edinburgh pub “scam”. The company topping up the so called rental income was obviously illegal but too late now for the investors who were suckered. Should have done their due diligence.

Business can rest easy LeoVaradkar is already sorting out the close contact rule for ibec_irl

This plant was never going to be built in Ireland. Intel already has an expanding plant here. The objective of the new US & Europe plants is to build up chip capacity outside Asia. Building another plant in Ireland does not add to supply chain resilience.

newschambers No €80 billion investment? I thought that the reason that Fine Gael have been making all our lives so miserable, was because they were capable of attracting FDI. If they are unable to do that, what do we need them for?

jordanbpeterson in Ireland

Many foreign employees (both low-skilled & high-skilled) have already left Ireland due to our unfolding housing catastrophe, while the new are unwilling to come. So, it’s very difficult now to find replacement & many companies have staff shortages. We've to get used to it.
