Explain the expression: “French Canadian”. My French great-great grandfather settled in northern Ontario in the late 1800’s. I am CANADIAN.

That would be due to the fact they are a tiny demographic, hard for a global corporation to justify spending time and money developing for .2% of their customer base.
No quotas, good products will always emerge without need for subsidization; that said totally support investing in any promising endeavours tho if it's with my money then myself or an agreed representative will choose
Good cause no one wants to watch French Canadian programming. It's always low budget and filmed with old equipment.
