Digital asset firm Galaxy Digital has taken another step in its relocation from the Cayman Islands to Delaware byThe domestication move also comes with a planned listing of Class A common stock on Nasdaq under the “GLXY” ticker symbol. Galaxy Digital, which was founded by Mike Novogratz, currently trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the same symbol.
The process is undergoing an SEC review, and the new listing is dependent on stock exchange approval.
