The Magistrate Court in Bushbuckridge, in Mpumalanga, has postponed a case against Silence Tibane who is accused of killing the mother of his child, Nomsa Sambo.

Community members chanted struggle songs waving placards outside court. They are opposed to the suspect getting bail. It is reported that the accused was arrested after being found with items belonging to the victim and his clothes were also found with bloodstains.
