State Farm is facing another lawsuit. The insurance giant is accused of racial discrimination.

Former State Farm employee Shashi Mandhyan says she was repeatedly mocked for her ethnicity and then after she complained, experienced retaliation and eventually was fired.

"I have been subjected to reprehensible behaviors condoned and supported by State Farm leadership at the highest level," said Mandhyan. Her attorney, Ben Crump, says he represents more than 150 other current or former State Farm employees with similar claims.
