JOHANNESBURG - Liquor traders and tavern owners are hoping Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana will heed their calls for a tax break.Many say it will provide the lifeline they desperately need.Gugulethu businessman Lefa Mapilo has been running a bottle store in his community for nearly three decades now.

Mapilo is one of many tavern owners in the area who say they are desperate for support from government.
