LorcanAllen Can I suggest that Aer Lingus put significant efforts into improving the service from their contact centre. I spent over one hour trying to talk to someone to change a booking (could not be done online). Eventually spoke to someone based in Philippines (how mad is that).

LorcanAllen Clawing that money back now by ripping off people ...e.g. €26.99 add on if you want a little extra leg room ...
