The last two assets from the former Pub Invest fund - the Crown Hotel in Surry Hills and North Nowra Tavern - are expected to sell for about $50m combined.

Sydney’s Crown Hotel in Surry Hills has been listed for sale as administrators look to sell the two remaining pubs of the Pub Invest fund, which is being wound up following a dispute between major shareholders and founder Damian Kelly.

HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe, Dan Dragicevich, Sam Handy and Blake Edward were appointed by administrators Wexted Advisory to sell the four venues on behalf of the fund’s unit holders.Mr Dragicevich said the Crown Hotel offered a compelling inner-city gaming opportunity to a would-be buyer. The North Nowra Tavern stands on under-utilised 6000-square-metre site at 82 Page Avenue, next door to the North Nowra Shopping Centre. It was purchased by
